Distress acrylic paints are fluid acrylics which can be diluted and washed with water, however, when completely dry they become permanent with a matte plastic finish.

Great for using with a gel plate, paint brushes, foam brushes, brayers, and more...get messy!

If your project requires a finish that will be water resistant and permanent, such as to coat chipboard, wood, plastic, and clay surfaces distress paints are what you need. May require more than one coat for a smooth finish.
