I was today years old when I realized that the reason the Antique Garden collection is so familiar to me is because it is the first new collection released by this brand under the umbrella of American Crafts. Back in the day K and Company was a very big name in the scrapbooking industry known for their paper and especially their abundant embellishments. They were also behind some of my favorite vintage lines of stickers and embellishments called Life's Journey and Ancestry. Even though American Crafts has owned the EK Success brands they had not yet done anything new with K & Company until now! I must have been one of the first to order this collection when it was first released behind the scenes and of course with supply chain and shipping delays I finally have everything to complete this kit plus an embellishment add on sold separately.

We know the quality standard for American Crafts patterned cardstocks and the embellishments they manufacture, and the K&Company embellishments will be similar in quality. There does seem to be a wider variety of choices in embellishments which makes me really excited. I hope they keep it up in future collections!
