Quilling was something occasionally seen in scrapbooking as a handmade embellishment for a page much like a die cut or paper pieced element. Now that we have electronic die cutting machines like the Silhouette, Cricut, and others, I have a vision of a whole new world of possibilities for this ancient art form!
Using a digital die cut file such as an SVG or PNG cutting design as a template for or a quilled background
adding texture to a background or a unique embellishment to a page! The possibilities are endless.
